To enhance students' knowledge and understanding of the latest robot models in the market and their benefits, recently, the School of Tourism and Hotel Management of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), Vietnam, in collaboration with Digicorp, organized the workshop "Robotics - A New Way of Service."

He stated that optimal progress in this sector requires three fundamental elements: systems, people, and technology.
