Recently, we have detected a large number of unauthorized stores and product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Alibaba.com, Amazon, JD.com, Taobao/Tmall, and others. Such stores typically present one or more of the following issues:

1. Unauthorized use of brand and product information: Unauthorized use of "擎朗," "Keenon," and related trademarks, as well as product names including our T Series, W3, C Series, X Series, M Series, S Series, and others, and misappropriation of our official images, technical specifications, and promotional materials.

2. Disruption of market price order: Selling at abnormally low or high prices, severely undermining a fair competitive environment. Some stores even lure customers with low prices while having no actual stock, constituting unfair competition.

3. Sale of products of unknown origin: Failure to provide proof of legitimate procurement sources; products sold may carry serious risks such as refurbishment, modification, or counterfeiting.

To maintain global market order, safeguard user rights, and protect our legitimate rights and interests, we hereby solemnly remind you as follows:

I. Purchase Only Through Officially Authorized Sales Channels

We operate an authorized dealer system globally. All legitimate authorized dealers hold a valid Letter of Authorization issued by us. We have never authorized any individual or unauthorized entity to open stores on e-commerce platforms to sell our products. Products purchased through unauthorized channels are not guaranteed by us in terms of authenticity, integrity, or safety, and we do not provide any form of after-sales service, product warranty, software upgrades, or technical support for such products.

II. Beware of Cross-Regional Circulation Risks

Our products have region-specific configurations based on technical standards, service networks, and regulatory requirements in different regions. III. Legal Consequences of Infringement

We demand that all infringing parties immediately cease all infringing activities and remove all infringing products and listings. We have initiated legal action and will resolutely pursue the legal liability of infringing parties through all legal channels, including civil, administrative, and criminal proceedings.
